Arctic HR is looking for a PART-TIME People Operations Consultant.

What the job looks like: You will most likely work 2-3 days in a week as the first People Ops resource in a small(ish) startup. You’ll run the people ops function that you’ll just set up. This can include anything from the drafting of the mandatory (law required) plans to onboarding, employee lifecycle management and recruitments. The position is located in Helsinki area. 

We’re really hoping you’ll have: 

  • A few years of versatile experience in HR/People Ops 
  • Fluency in Finnish and English  

An extra plus will be given if also you have: 

  • Experience in being the only HR in a company 
  • Experience in working in startups
