Arctic HR is recruiting again to conquest new arctic mountains together!

We do People Operations Consulting, outsourcing and recruitments for clients in technology and game driven companies. Our story as Arctic HR began in January 2020 and in a little less than two years we have come far. We are now operating with over 20 companies. And since new customers keeps coming in, we are now looking for a new talent to join our amazing team:

People Operations Consultant

What the job looks like

The main job will be to help our customers with their recruitment challenges. You might work as a headhunter or an outsourced inhouse talent acquisition consultant in a scale-up company, domestic or international. Customers may also need your help to set up different HR processes for example for onboarding, rewarding model or goal and development discussions.

We are hoping you’ll have your backpack packed for arctic conditions with:

  • few years of versatile experience in HR / People Operations
  • especially good game eye
  • listening ears and big heart
  • can do attitude
  • weatherproof customer service attitude
  • fluent English skills (Finnish skills are not required).

Additional benefits could be previous client facing roles, active social media presence or employer branding know-how. And we hope you are not afraid of contacting potential customers. We will help you with this.
